Topline Enhancers offers professional email marketing services, including but not limited to campaign management, list building, copywriting, and analytics support. Services are provided as outlined in individual client agreements or as listed on our website.

All payments for services are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in paused service or additional fees. We reserve the right to modify our rates with reasonable notice.

All content, branding, and materials provided by Topline Enhancers are the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise specified. Clients retain ownership of their own data and creative assets submitted for service use.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us during the course of work will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with your consent.

Topline Enhancers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered in the previous 30 days.

While we strive to improve your marketing performance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as open rates, click-through rates, or conversions. Results depend on various factors including content, audience behavior, and external market conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or misuse of our services. You may cancel services at any time in writing, subject to any agreed-upon notice period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
